Last updated: March 2026. This policy explains how ListCraft collects, uses, and protects your information.
Account data: name, email address, and password hash when you sign up.
Payment data: processed securely by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID but never your card details.
Usage data: generation history (tool used, input provided, output generated), generation counts, and timestamps.
Device data: for anonymous trial users, we collect a browser fingerprint (canvas hash, screen size, timezone, language) to enforce trial limits. This data is hashed server-side and cannot identify you personally.
Your input data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate content. Anthropic processes this data under their usage policy. We do not use your content to train AI models. Generated content is stored in your account history for your convenience.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
Account data is retained while your account is active. Generation history is retained for as long as your account exists. Trial session data (fingerprints) is automatically deleted after 30 days. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
We use essential cookies only — for authentication sessions and theme preferences. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing, and row-level security on our database. However, no system is 100% secure.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
