ListCraft is an AI-powered content generation platform for real estate agents. We provide tools to generate property descriptions, headlines, social media posts, listing rewrites, and vendor emails.
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. One account per person; sharing credentials is prohibited.
You may use ListCraft solely for generating real estate content. You must not:
Each plan includes a monthly generation allowance (Free: 3 total, Starter: 50/month, Pro: 300/month). Unused generations do not carry over. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service. See our Fair Use Policy for details.
You own the content generated through ListCraft. However, you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy of all generated content before publishing. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
ListCraft is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local advertising and real estate regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListCraft and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
